Circe was manufactured and grown by Blackthorn Facilities for their ability to draw ink portals wherever/whenever, which makes them a bit of a taxi service for the villains. They're completely loyal to Blackthorn, while at the same time wishing for a new life with the freedom to choose where their portals lead...

PERSONALITY

They're bratty and petty, at times cocky. However, their fear of receiving punishment for mistakes eclipses all else; they're loyal to Blackthorn, but only out of fear.
