STORY

Hugo met Gloria during a student exchange programme, fell in love, eloped and had three children with her. After Gloria and their youngest Jules were killed, he took their eldest two Samantha and Dina back to his hometown San Cosmos to raise them in the City. Despite his troubled youth and scattered family, he has a bright outlook on life and hopes to become Mayor of the City someday.

Hugo keeps an optimistic mind despite his past, carrying a cheerful demeanour and zest for life that would make his late wife proud. However, due to his grief-ridden past, he tends to become possessive and judgemental of his daughter's livelihoods.
